Echoes of the Titanic will take place on April 26th, 2025, from 7 PM to 10 AM April 27th at The Grand Midway Hotel in Windber, Pennsylvania. Explore the enigmatic Grand Midway Hotel, America's Bohemian Palace, renowned for its haunted charm and storied past. This paranormally active location has many layers of history, including notorious mob hits, brothel activity, and the haunted doll collection of Anne Rice from New Orleans. Spend the night in this historic venue and experience a profound spiritual encounter.

For those interested in exploring the paranormal more deeply, consider joining a guided tour to uncover the world's largest Ouija board located on the rooftop, believed to blur the lines between realms. You have two options to participate in this investigation. You can choose to investigate the site on your own without overnight accommodations, departing when you choose, but no later than 3 AM. Alternatively, you can purchase overnight accommodations along with your tickets. Please be aware that the price of the room covers only the overnight stay and does not include the investigation ticket.

Ticket Options:

Solo Investigators: $50

Explore the hotel on your own with your gear from 7 PM to 3 AM. This ticket is designed for seasoned investigators familiar with the principles of paranormal research and the value of a public event. The spaciousness of this venue ensures a controlled environment. It offers a cost-effective alternative to reserving the location privately. Additionally, you can book a room for overnight accommodations and enjoy a comfortable stay until 10 AM the next morning. If you choose this option, you may investigate any unoccupied areas even after the 3 AM cutoff. Our event will be intimately sized to avoid overcrowding and to sustain noise control. 

 

 Guided VIP Tour: $75

Join your hosts for an exciting tour of the location and its paranormal hotspots. Laurissa Rex, known from 24 Hours in Hell TV Series, will lead you on a guided exploration of this stunning venue using state-of-the-art equipment. Alongside Laurissa, the guides from PARA will conduct innovative experiments exclusive to Third Eye Event Productions and The Haunted Mafia, LLC. This intimate experience is led by an experienced investigator and Laurissa, a naturally gifted psychic medium, who will help facilitate communication between our world and the other side. Enhance your unforgettable evening by opting for the rental equipment and souvenir package, which allows you to handle the gear yourself and provides you with a recording of the night’s investigation.

 

Overnight Accomodations: 

 

The Vampire Suite: $125

The Vampire Suite stretches out into actually two rooms, it boasts cozy heat, fine skulls, and a one of the original queen size Grand Midway Hotel beds with hanging canopies from when the building was still operating in its early 1900s hay day.  This room also offers a beautiful sky view looking out over the enchanting town of Windber. There is also a seating area with a couch. There is a video library of Vampire dvds (over 120 movies!)  There is a closet, it is rumored, with a back tunnel that leads to a secret private third back room with coffins!  If you want to experience the third floor spirits in a grand style, this is your room.

 

The Frankenstein Suite: $125

The Frankenstein Suite boasts the biggest bed in the hotel. Nothing short of Dr. Frankenstein’s mad vision for excess sets the bar for this room.  Step back into the summer of 1816 of Lord Byron’s Lake Geneva Villa Diodati where Mary Shelley and Percy Bysshe Shelley and John Polidori visited and told stories… one giving birth to the tale of Frankenstein!  Romanticism at its finest!  (Even includes a Tesla coil!)

There is a library of Frankenstein and Frankenstein-related movies and documentaries for your research and viewing pleasure.

 

The Wearwolf Suite: $125

The new and highly mysterious Werewolf Suite (with brothel undertones) offers several joys for the International gentleman werewolf.  Mainly, a large California King heavy wood bed with strong chains to cage oneself if one wished to protect others during a potential full moon.  Also, the room boasts a sweet collection of wolfman movies and lots of misc bones and skulls, perfect for ordering pizza and staying super cozy in bed all weekend!

 

The Mummy Suite: $100

This room includes a Queen bed as well as a sarcophagus…

 

The Mermaid Suite: $100

The Mermaid Suite is perhaps our most enchanted room.  It has a tiny, cozy innocent underwater feel to it.   A large fish tank offers views to undersea worlds.  A dvd library of 30+ films offers a wide range of mermaid and other underwater classics for your viewing pleasure.

There is a second back room to the Mermaid Suite, the Deep Sea Cinema!

 

The Dragon Suite: $100

This suite was created with fantasy gamers in mind.  Dungeons and Dragons fan?  Lord of the Rings fan?  Game of Thrones fan?  This is your suite.  Also, sprinkled with a touch of Ireland, the Irish, and England, Camelot, etc, think green and enchantment.  Wee people have been seen here, also leprechauns, elves, gnomes, fairies, dwarves, pixies, hobbits, unicorns, and of course, dragons…

 

The Canopy Room: $100

The Canopy Room has a queen bed. It does not have any heat but it holds the title of the most active room in the hotel.
