This phenomenon occurs in specific locations where both internal and external environmental factors create layered and haunting experiences, affecting indiviThe Waldorf Effect Lecture Tourduals AND hauntings differently each time. The cumulative impact of external factors, hauntings, and human interactions can lead to a significant shift in the locations energy. This shift can manifest as an increase in paranormal activity or a change in the overall atmosphere of the house. In some cases, the combined effects can lead to a permanent disruption of the house’s environment, making it a place with ongoing layers of paranormal phenomena of a predatory nature. This disruption can affect not only the physical space but also the psychology of those who interact with it.
The Waldorf Effect is a complex, four-part theory that examines how various factors interact to transform a location's energy based on haunting activity. These factors include the environment—encompassing history, culture, and geological features—the layers of hauntings, both traditional and created, and the psychology of the investigators, influenced by religion, fear-based perceptions, and psychic abilities. Together, these elements converge to alter the ambiance of a site, particularly in relation to specifically created hauntings.
This presentation can be delivered as a single 60-minute overview or divided into three parts, each exploring different facets of the phenomenon:
- External Factors: How The Waldorf Effect Lecture Tourgeography, culture, and history shape hauntings.
- Internal Factors: The layers of hauntings—traditional versus created.
- The Human Aspect: The psychological influence on hauntings and a summary of the Waldorf Effect.
The upcoming TV series, 24 Hours in Hell, draws inspiration from the paranormal events occurring at this location. The Waldorf Effect is a theory that has emerged from years of research and the experiences on the show's set. This phenomenon has also inspired a book with the same title. Both the book and the series are set to be released in 2025. The book is authored by Laurissa, who also co-created the show.
PARANORMAL RESEARCH 101:
AN INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP FOR ADOLESCENTS
Our engaging workshops can be presented to adolescent groups at your locations. As an educator in Pennsylvania, I hold all necessary clearances and am qualified to teach K-12 students, including those in special education. Our Adolescent 101 workshop is designed for children aged 8 to 15, while we recommend that those aged 16 and older participate in the adult workshops.
This video showcases some of the initial investigations conducted by our team at the Palmerton Area Research Alliance. We captured this EVP using a device known as an SLS, and it was recorded at Brinton Lodge in Pennsylvania in early 2021.
This presentation is designed to be delivered as a series, ideally scheduled over a two-week period. The first session, which includes a two-hour presentation followed by a hands-on workshop, should be conducted together. The third workshop is recommended to take place 2 weeks after the initial one, allowing the presenter time to analyze the evidence gathered during the first workshop, leading to a more comprehensive class for the participants.
While a multi-week series is suggested, it is not mandatory. If scheduling conflicts arise, the evidence review can be arranged for a later date. Additionally, the evidence review is not essential for delivering an engaging presentation on paranormal investigation or the workshop itself.

THE TOOLS THAT BRIDGE TWO WORLDS:
PARANORMAL RESEARCH 101
Participants will immerse themselves in the world of paranormal investigations, learning about the tools and techniques used by professionals. I will demonstrate how devices like EMF meters and digital voice recorders detect and document paranormal phenomena, highlighting their effectiveness in different situations. We will compare tape recorders and digital devices to clarify why some evidence is dismissed based on conditions and equipment quality.
Next, a hands-on workshop will guide attendees through the library's history and potential hauntings, led by an experienced investigator.
After the investigation, a follow-up lecture will cover how to interpret the collected data, tracing evidence collection from early photography to today's advanced technology. By analyzing case studies, participants will learn to distinguish between genuine phenomena and misinterpretations, enhancing their understanding of skepticism and belief in paranormal research.
This engaging program is informative and entertaining, appealing to both experienced ghost hunters and newcomers interested in the supernatural.
